Dental Coverage |

- Our dental plan is a PPO (Preferred Provider
Organization) plan provided through Guardian Insurance.
- The plan offers 100% coverage for preventative
such services, as cleanings (once every six months)
and x-rays.
- After a $50 yearly deductible, the plan provides 80% coverage for basic services, such as root canals and extractions.
- After a $50 yearly deductible, the plan provides 50% coverage for major services, such as crowns and
dentures.
